Tax1099 Integration With Sage Intacct

How to set up vendors and contractors

To add a vendor, follow the steps below:

  • Log into your Sage Intacct account
  • Navigate to the “Applications” drop down menu at the top left
  • Select “Accounts Payable” > “Vendors”
  • Fill out the required information 
  • Click “Save” at the top right 

How to pay vendors and contractors  

To pay a vendor, follow the steps below: 

  • Navigate to the “Applications” drop-down menu at the top left
  • Select “Accounts Payable” > “Bills” > “Pay bills”
  • Fill out the payment details
  • Click “Pay now” at the top right 

How to get info from Sage Intacct to Tax1099

To sync data from Sage Intacct into Tax1099, follow these steps: 

  • Log into your Tax1099 account 
  • Navigate to left side menu > click “Import” > “Intacct” 
  • Under “Enter Your Intacct Login Information,” select the tax year and 1099 data to import
  • Enter the company ID, user ID, and password > click “Next”
  • Review the information provided. Solve any red or yellow dots shown 
  • Click “Next” once the dots are green 
  • On the next page select the “Schedule All Vendor E-File” button to choose the date to send the information to federal agencies 
  • You can also select the delivery method: “UPSS Mail” or “Email Recipient”
  • If you want to print the forms, do not select a delivery method 
  • The “TIN Match” button will prevent penalties from mismatching from payer ID and name combinations
  • Select the vendors you want to create forms for > click “Next”
  • On the next page, enter your payment details > click “Pay Now”
  • You will be sent a confirmation email and a receipt for your payment 
  • Email copies will be sent out soon as possible and mail copies will be sent in 24 hours. You may check the status in your Tax1099 dashboard.
