  • IRS reintroduced Worksheet 2 for the first quarter of 2023 and adjusted the first step of Worksheet 1.
  • Social security wage base limit for 2023 set at $160,200.
  • Possible discontinuation of Form 941-PR and 941-SS after the 2023 tax year.

Form 941 Due Date

Form 941 for federal taxes needs to be submitted quarterly, and the submission policy is as follows:
