Then, he started to worry. What if his bakery got so busy that he didn&#8217;t have time to finish submitting his 1099&#8217;s? He needed to bring someone else on board, someone to share the burden with him. Scrolling down, the page showed three different account types. He began to take notes.\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span data-offset-key=\"8cguv-0-0\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"3t1no\" data-offset-key=\"955te-0-0\">\n<div data-offset-key=\"955te-0-0\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"3t1no\" data-offset-key=\"6370o-0-0\">\n<div style=\"padding-left: 60px;\" data-offset-key=\"6370o-0-0\"><strong>Essential:<\/strong><span data-offset-key=\"6370o-0-1\"> This account type seemed to be the filing bare-bones. No TIN matching included. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 30px;\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"3t1no\" data-offset-key=\"buocg-0-0\">\n<div style=\"padding-left: 30px;\" data-offset-key=\"buocg-0-0\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 30px;\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"3t1no\" data-offset-key=\"21oh9-0-0\">\n<div style=\"padding-left: 30px;\" data-offset-key=\"21oh9-0-0\"><strong>E-file Plus:<\/strong><span data-offset-key=\"21oh9-0-1\"> This account type included 250 TIN matches. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 30px;\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"3t1no\" data-offset-key=\"fktjm-0-0\">\n<div style=\"padding-left: 30px;\" data-offset-key=\"fktjm-0-0\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 30px;\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"3t1no\" data-offset-key=\"22g5i-0-0\">\n<div style=\"padding-left: 30px;\" data-offset-key=\"22g5i-0-0\"><strong>Enterprise:<\/strong><span data-offset-key=\"22g5i-0-1\"> This account type added user rights to the 250 included TIN matches.\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span data-offset-key=\"22g5i-0-1\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"3t1no\" data-offset-key=\"c9249-0-0\">\n<div data-offset-key=\"c9249-0-0\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"3t1no\" data-offset-key=\"40l31-0-0\">\n<div data-offset-key=\"40l31-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"40l31-0-0\">For the E-file Plus and Enterprise account types, an annual fee <\/span><span data-offset-key=\"40l31-1-0\">was required<\/span><span data-offset-key=\"40l31-2-0\">. User rights? Walter did a double take. <\/span><span data-offset-key=\"40l31-3-0\">Maybe<\/span><span data-offset-key=\"40l31-4-0\"> this was the solution. He wondered what the workflow management would encompass. He signed in to Tax1099. <\/span><\/div>\n<div data-offset-key=\"40l31-0-0\"><\/div>\n<div data-offset-key=\"40l31-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"40l31-4-0\"><br \/>\nIn the top right corner of his screen, to the left of the &#8220;logout&#8221; text, Walter saw &#8220;settings.&#8221; Highlighting the option, he spotted &#8220;Member User.&#8221; The following screen showed an empty chart, with a button for adding users. Walter saw that he could also import users.\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span data-offset-key=\"40l31-4-0\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"3t1no\" data-offset-key=\"5h8o8-0-0\">\n<div data-offset-key=\"5h8o8-0-0\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"3t1no\" data-offset-key=\"a8c0h-0-0\">\n<div data-offset-key=\"a8c0h-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"a8c0h-0-0\">But here was a problem. Walter wanted to make sure he <\/span><span data-offset-key=\"a8c0h-1-0\">was looped<\/span><span data-offset-key=\"a8c0h-2-0\"> in an all communications sent to the IRS. How could he make sure that he still had control over the filing process? He clicked &#8220;Add User.&#8221;<\/span><br \/>\n<span data-offset-key=\"a8c0h-2-0\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"3t1no\" data-offset-key=\"f10f-0-0\">\n<div data-offset-key=\"f10f-0-0\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"3t1no\" data-offset-key=\"2u3ma-0-0\">\n<div data-offset-key=\"2u3ma-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"2u3ma-0-0\">He could enter the name, phone number, and email of a member user. After doing this, he could select a &#8220;role&#8221; for the user. Tax1099 had three presets: <\/span><\/div>\n<div data-offset-key=\"2u3ma-0-0\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 60px;\" data-offset-key=\"2u3ma-0-0\"><strong><br \/>\n1. Admin:<\/strong><span data-offset-key=\"2u3ma-0-2\"> Users with admin roles have access and rights to all aspects of Tax1099. <\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 60px;\" data-offset-key=\"2u3ma-0-0\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 60px;\" data-offset-key=\"2u3ma-0-0\"><strong><br \/>\n2. Reviewer:<\/strong><span data-offset-key=\"2u3ma-0-4\"> Users with the reviewer role have the same access as admin, except for the W-9 requests. <\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 60px;\" data-offset-key=\"2u3ma-0-0\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 60px;\" data-offset-key=\"2u3ma-0-0\"><strong><br \/>\n3. Data Entry Users:<\/strong><span data-offset-key=\"2u3ma-0-6\"> These users have the same access as admin, except for approving forms. <\/span><\/div>\n<div data-offset-key=\"2u3ma-0-0\"><\/div>\n<div data-offset-key=\"2u3ma-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"2u3ma-0-6\"><br \/>\nWalter also saw the option to custom-select user rights. Walter could adjust any of the settings, from data import to form submission.\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span data-offset-key=\"2u3ma-0-6\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"3t1no\" data-offset-key=\"2s42r-0-0\">\n<div data-offset-key=\"2s42r-0-0\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"3t1no\" data-offset-key=\"emdig-0-0\">\n<div data-offset-key=\"emdig-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"emdig-0-0\">Walter switched over to the &#8220;Rights Management&#8221; option under his settings. Now this was interesting. It looked like he would be able to make changes to the user roles in this screen. If he decided that data entry users shouldn&#8217;t be able to request W-9&#8217;s, he could remove that privilege. \u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span data-offset-key=\"emdig-0-0\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"3t1no\" data-offset-key=\"avt1l-0-0\">\n<div data-offset-key=\"avt1l-0-0\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"3t1no\" data-offset-key=\"aa7hj-0-0\">\n<div data-offset-key=\"aa7hj-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"aa7hj-0-0\">This was good news. Walter felt at ease. He would set a trusted employee up with a member user account.
